These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the sale of tickets for AI Con ("Event") organized by AI Conventions Ltd. ("Organizer"). By purchasing a ticket, you ("Ticket Holder") agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
Ticket Purchase and Validity:
Ticket Purchase: Tickets for the Event can be purchased through the official AI Con website or authorized ticketing platforms.
Ticket Validity: Each ticket is valid for one person and grants entry to the Event on the specified dates. Tickets are non-transferable.
Cancellation and Refunds:
Ticket Cancellation:
a. Ticket Holder may cancel their ticket by submitting a cancellation request in writing to the Organizer.
b. Cancellation requests received before the cancellation deadline, which is two weeks before the start of the Event, will be eligible for a refund, subject to the cancellation policy outlined below.
c. Cancellation requests received after the cancellation deadline will not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy:
a. Full Refunds: Ticket Holder is eligible for a full refund if the cancellation request is made before the cancellation deadline.
b. Partial Refunds: If the cancellation request is made after the cancellation deadline, no refund will be provided.
Refund Process:
a. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to the Organizer, specifying the ticket details and reason for cancellation.
b. Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receiving a valid refund request.
c. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original ticket purchase.
Event Changes and Cancellation:
Event Changes: The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the Event schedule, venue, or any other details. Ticket Holder will be notified of any significant changes via the contact information provided during ticket purchase.
Event Cancellation: In the unlikely event of Event cancellation by the Organizer, Ticket Holder will be eligible for a full refund of the ticket price. The Organizer will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by Ticket Holder.
Ticket Holder Responsibilities:
Valid Ticket: Ticket Holder must present a valid ticket (printed or electronic) and a valid ID for entry to the Event. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be reissued, and replacements will need to be purchased.
Compliance: Ticket Holder must comply with all Event rules, regulations, and guidelines provided by the Organizer or venue staff. Failure to comply may result in denied entry or removal from the Event without refund.
Liability and Indemnity:
Limitation of Liability: The Organizer shall not be held liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of property incurred during the Event, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Indemnity: Ticket Holder agrees to indemnify and hold the Organizer harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of or related to their participation in the Event.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the fictional jurisdiction of Technolandia. Any disputes arising out of these Terms or the Event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Technolandia.
Acceptance of Terms:
By purchasing a ticket for AI Con, Ticket Holder acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. The Organizer reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to Ticket Holder via the contact information provided during ticket purchase.
